We're seeking a recruiter to join our People Team and drive recruitment efforts across all CHC projects. You'll manage hiring processes, source top talent, and collaborate with Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

What are we looking for?
* Experience of working in high volume recruitment environments - either in-house or agency
* Prior experience in a similar role (paid or voluntary)
* Strong interpersonal and organisation skills
* A passion for collaboration and working as part of the team
* Articulate written, visual and verbal communicator, excellent copy accuracy and proofreading skills; fluency in English is essential.
What will you be doing?
* Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and departments
* Write and post clear, engaging role descriptions on relevant platforms
* Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals)
* Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview processes
* Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
* Track and report recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement
* Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs
* Collaborate with People/HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes
