Key Responsibilities:
1. Take full ownership of growing sales across retail and B2B channels, particularly into supermarkets but also offices, cafés, and restaurants.
2. Develop and execute a winning sales strategy that drives growth across wholesale and independent partners.
3. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across retail and distribution networks.
4. Pitch, negotiate, and secure listings across multiple sectors, tailoring your approach to each partner’s needs.
5. Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events.
6. Work directly with the founders on pricing, margin, and commercial strategy to ensure sustainable growth.
