Admin & Expenses Clerk - Datchet - temp to perm - £25.000 - £28.000 per annum
I am currently recruiting for an Expenses & Admin Clerk for my client in Datchet. This would suit a candidate looking for their first or second role in finance or an AAT studier.
1. Review and download invoices/statements from inboxes.
2. Monitor portals, download invoices
3. Track invoices awaiting approval and proactively chase approvals as necessary.
4. Maintain a systematic filing and archiving process, ensuring records are easily accessible.
5. Phone
6. Handle phone inquiries related to accounts payable, ensuring prompt and clear communication.
7. Audit employee expenses and receipts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
8. Manage the Expenses Portal, responding to queries and maintaining accurate records.
9. Collaborate with the expenses clerk who works Part time and provide cover for Holidays and Absences.
10. Communicate openly with suppliers and internal customers, resolving any queries promptly and professionally while treating them like best friends.
11. Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
