Excellent opportunity for a Manufacturing Supervisor on shift to work with a growing and reputable drinks manufacturing company based just north of Glasgow.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and coach production teams to meet output and safety targets
Drive continuous improvement and performance against KPIs
Conduct regular performance reviews and personal development plans
Support new processes and equipment implementation
Ensure all shift documentation meets compliance standards
