As a Fitness Associate, you’ll be part of the team responsible for the daily operations of the centre. That includes keeping the facility safe, weing, and well‑run for all users. You’ll be the face of the centre during your shifts, ensuring members have a positive experience every time they walk through the door.Hours of Work
1. 21 hours per week
2. Regular evening and weekend shifts

Key Responsibilities
4. Daily operations management — opening/closing procedures, equipment checks, cleanliness, and safety standards
5. Customer support — greeting members, answering queries, supporting new users
6. Facility supervision — monitoring activity areas, ensuring safe use of equipment
7. Administrative tasks — bookings, membership queries, basic record‑keeping
Essential Criteria
8. Minimum 3 months’ experience in a similar fitness, leisure, or customer‑facing role
9. Strongmunication and people skills
10. Ability to work independently during quieter shifts
11. Basic Access NI clearance (or willingness to obtain)
