Post: Dental Nurse | Band 4, Permanent. Base: Darwen Health Centre.
* Provide clinical and non‑clinical support to Trust‑employed Dental Clinicians across the Lancashire Care Dental Service.
* Act as the link between service users and clinicians.
* Prepare the surgery for service users and assist clinicians in a range of dental treatments.
* Assist in the provision of oral health care, including prevention and health education for individuals with learning or physical difficulties, mental health illnesses, medical complications, dependent elderly, or dental phobia.
* Undertake reception duties and carry out administrative tasks as necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Qualified Dental Nurse.
* At least 2 years post‑qualification experience.
* Good standard of education and strong team working skills.
* Enhanced criminal records check required for this post.
