Hours of Work:
Standard hours of work are 7.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
As a Trainee Memorial Fitter, you will be responsible for the removal and fixing of memorials to the highest standards in accordance with the NAMM Code of Working Practice and Health and Safety guidelines. Your role will include fixing memorials with precision, driving to cemeteries in the surrounding areas, ensuring that the memorial yard is tidy, checking deliveries, and maintaining tools and equipment. You will work closely with the Masonry Foreman to ensure efficient operations, whilst delivering unparalleled service to families.
Trainee Memorial Fitter Requirements
* Full Clean Driving Licence (must be over 21 due to vehicle requirements)
* NAMM and/or BRAMM Fixers Licence or willingness to obtain one
* Proven teamwork skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience in heavy lifting and manual handling awareness
