The role
Contracts ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our award-winning Building Department. Based from our offices in Tyrone, you will lead the successful delivery of residential and commercial construction projects while supporting the continued growth of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesManage housing and commercial construction projects from start to completion.Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.Oversee project programmes, budgets, resources, and performance.Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client relationships.Administer contracts, manage change control, and support dispute resolution.Drive continuous improvement and maintain IMS requirements.About YouDegree in Construction Engineering or a related discipline, or significant industry experience.Minimum 5 years experience managing residential construction projects.Strong knowledge of JCT, NEC, PWC contracts, and project delivery.Proficient in MS Office, MS Project (or similar), and AutoCAD.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Full driving licence.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-related bonus.Company vehicle or car allowance.Private medical and life insurance.Hybrid working.Professional development and career progression opportunities.Additional holidays, service awards, and team events.Skills:JCT NEC PWC contracts project deliveryWHJS1_NI
