Keep projects moving!

We’re looking for a dynamic and organised Marketing Projects Coordinator to join our busy Marketing & Communications team at Chichester College Group. If you thrive on planning, scheduling, and seeing projects through from idea to delivery, this role is for you.

You’ll be the glue between teams, systems, and timelines, helping us stay on track as we deliver high-impact campaigns that support student recruitment, brand visibility and strategic initiatives.

What you’ll do

1. Support planning and coordination of marketing projects using tools like Monday.com.
2. Manage project schedules, track progress, and update stakeholders.
3. Coordinate day-to-day workflow across teams, ensuring deadlines are met.
4. Act as the go-to contact for project updates and queries.
5. Keep clear documentation of activity, tasks and outcomes.
6. Support internal project meetings and ensure alignment across departments.
7. Identify areas to improve process efficiency and support continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring

8. Proven experience co-ordinating marketing or creative projects.
9. Strong knowledge of campaign development, content workflows and scheduling.
10. Confidence using project management tools (e.g. Monday.com) and Microsoft Office.
11. Proven communication and interpersonal skills and being comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
12. First-class organisational and time management skills.
13. GCSEs in English and Maths (grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.

A professional marketing qualification (e.g. CIM) and experience in education/public sector is a bonus, but not essential.

Our Staff Benefits:

We have a fantastic range of staff benefits, highly competitive against what is offered by the private sector and other organisations, including:

14. Local Government Pension Scheme - the Group contributes 20.4% of your actual pensionable pay.
15. 25 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days in line with continuous service, plus bank holidays and college closure days over the Christmas period which are not deducted from annual leave entitlement and a wellbeing day. Plus, the opportunity to purchase up to 5 days additional leave.
16. Discount schemes - including discounts on shopping, restaurants, travel and onsite facilities such as our gym and First Steps Childcare nurseries (specific campuses only).
17. Family friendly policies - including enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay (dependant on continuous service).
18. Continuous professional development opportunities - including development days, funded apprenticeships and access to a range of other courses and activities.
19. And much more - check out the Staff Benefits booklet attached to this advert for more information about our fantastic range of benefits available to staff.

Working in a vibrant and inclusive further education college is an inspiring experience. Our staff have a relentless focus on delivering outstanding teaching, learning and support, where you'll encounter a diverse student body, a positive atmosphere, ample support services, innovative teaching methods, community engagement and a celebration of individual differences. It's an environment that fosters personal growth and collaboration, to change lives through learning.

We actively encourage applications from those seeking part-time roles, job shares, or other flexible working arrangements. Whether you're balancing caring responsibilities, pursuing personal goals, or simply seeking a healthier rhythm between life and work, we’re here to support you. Our roles are designed with adaptability in mind and at the heart of our people strategy is a commitment to an inclusive environment where different ways of working are not only accommodated but celebrated.
