Senior Quantity Surveyor – Main Contractor (High-Spec Residential) Haslemere | Up to £85,000 Excellent Package Are you a commercially sharp Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of high-end residential projects with a well-respected main contractor? This is an opportunity to join a growing, design-led business delivering luxury new-build and refurbishment schemes across Surrey and the South East. The Role As Senior QS, you will take full commercial responsibility for 1–2 live projects, typically £3m–£15m in value, ensuring delivery to budget while maintaining the uncompromising quality the brand is known for. You’ll work closely with the Project Lead and Directors to manage procurement, cost planning, subcontractor packages, valuations, and financial reporting.
