Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technician include:
6. Provide technical design services and project management to the residential sector
7. Carry out site visits and ensure compliance is achieved
8. Produce building regulations and planning applications
9. Liaise with clients, consultants, and other authorities
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician include:
10. Relevant degree within Architecture
11. Significant post qualification experience within a relevant role within a UK practice
12. Proficient with AutoCAD
13. Background in working on bespoke residential projects
14. Working knowledge of UK building regulations
15. Strong technical and drawing skills
16. Strong attention to detail
17. Excellent communication and organisational skills
18. Full UK Drivers License
