Sunnyskies Day Nursery is looking for a highly experienced, motivated and passionate manager who would love the exciting challenge of working with us to re-create the success of this much loved day nursery.
Main Responsibilities:
* To deliver a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 0-5 years.
* To supervise and appraise nursery staff as directed.
* To ensure that the nursery is a safe environment for all.
* To build partnerships with parents and carers to increase involvement in their child's development.
* To recruit new families to our setting.
* To work with our team to create a warm and nurturing environment.
Our Expectations:
* To meet Ofsted requirements at all times.
* To deliver an appropriate play based early years foundation stage (EYFS) curriculum that enables children to make individual progress and to support other staff.
* To understand and work towards nursery policies and procedures.
* Working with other professionals to benefit children and families.
Qualifications
* Childcare NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* DBS checked
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
-Paediatric First Aid
-Food Hygiene Level 2
* Safeguarding Children Level 1
-At least 2 years Managerial experience
-Recent Ofsted inspection experience
* Proven track record of team working

Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
