Salary: £29,556.80pro rata, equates to £14.21 per hour
Location: Lynton Primary School, EX35 6AQ
Hours per week: 27.5
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 8.15am - 1.45pm, Term-time only
South West Norse have an opportunity for an experienced andkeen school kitchen manager to lead the Lynton kitchen provision, cooking for the West Exmoor Federation schools (Parracombe & Kentisbury) and serving at Lynton Primary School
You will use your skills and experience to deliver an exciting and varied menu that utilises locally sourced and healthy ingredients, delivering an excellent level of customer service for the school.You will be responsible for managing catering department for children the with complex, severe and profound and multiple learning difficulties. this role includes provision of modified diets, catering for allergies and sensory needs etc
Providing input into menu planning and costing, you will help us deliver a catering service that provides a nutritional lunchtime meal, leading and directing a small on-site team to ensure preparation is delivered on-time and to high quality standards.
