The role
With several long-term contracts in place, the company are seeking a
Contract Administrator
to support the smooth delivery of projects. Working alongside the Contract Manager and project teams, you will ensure reporting requirements are met, processes are well managed, and financial administration is accurate.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Collating and tracking data against key performance indicators
* Coordinating contractual meetings and preparing reports
* Managing invoices, payment applications, and purchase orders
* Assisting with debt resolution and annual indexation
* Producing management information reports
About you
You'll bring excellent organisational skills, experience in contract or programme management, and confidence handling financial and reporting processes. Experience in engineering consultancy is desirable but not essential.
