We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales and Events Office Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our sales and events office in Milton Keynes. This is a key role supporting sales activity, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth administrative and operational processes.
Responsibilities
* Managing the sales and events office, including workflows and administration
* Supporting the sales team with proposals, contracts, and client communication
* Coordinating events from enquiry through to delivery
* Maintaining accurate records, schedules, and databases
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
* Monitoring budgets, invoices, and reporting where required
Qualifications
* Previous experience in sales administration, events coordination, or office management
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
* Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Compensation
Competitive salary of £33,000 - £37,000
