Salary: £90,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:
* Over senior experience in the Microsoft stack with a strong background as a Technical Consultant or Architect in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM), including successful implementation on complex Field Service and Customer Service engagements.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and experience working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365 CE (4.0, 2011, 2013, 2016, 365).
* Ability to lead the design of solutions with Business Analysts (BAs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Dynamics 365 Functional Leads to assess customer environments and provide insights on the fit of Dynamics to their needs, including integration with third-party systems.
* Experience in guiding Dynamics Developers and product SMEs throughout the project.
* Proficient in writing high-level solution architecture and detailed Technical Design documentation.
* Experienced in data integration and data migration.
* Familiar with onsite/offshore delivery models and defined frameworks (MVC, Entity Framework, and Enterprise Library).
* Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to provide pre-sales demonstrations.
* Technical proficiency in SQL Server 2008 or above, including custom report experience through SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and FetchXML.
* Proficient in .NET Framework Version 4.5 or above, with strong WCF/Web API experience.
* Knowledge of web development, including HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, JavaScript, and SQL.
* Proficient in C# and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
* Preferred experience and knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Power Apps, and Portal Field Services Customer Insight.
Responsibilities:
* Advise customers on the suitability of Microsoft Dynamics for their environments, infrastructure, functional and non-functional needs, and compliance requirements.
* Lead the architecture and technical design of Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Service, and Marketing solutions, as well as Power Platform and Field Services.
* Interface with BAs, SME end-users, and functional leads to ensure architecture and design meet their needs, including integration with third-party systems.
* Guide the design efforts of the Dynamics functional and technical teams on the project.
* Support the Delivery Lead in planning the delivery of solutions and their implementation.
