About the role:
* Assist with the set-up and ongoing administration of Group Risk and Healthcare schemes
* Handle client and provider queries efficiently and professionally
* Ensure service levels and compliance requirements are consistently met
* Administer schemes including Private Medical Insurance, Dental, and Wellness programs
* Support renewals, claims, and provider communications
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
About you:
* Experience in corporate benefits administration, particularly Group Risk and Healthcare
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems
* Strong communication and decision-making skills
* High attention to detail and analytical thinking
* A proactive, professional, and collaborative approach
