Job Opportunity: Affiliate Marketing Executive
We are excited to offer a new opportunity for an Affiliate Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Performance Marketing team and other departments to support business goals through developing, executing, and optimizing our Affiliate strategy to meet channel targets.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Strategy
* Manage and grow the BEAUTY BAY Affiliate program across key markets.
* Drive incremental growth by optimizing the mix of publisher types and exploring new opportunities regionally.
* Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager and stakeholders to align the Affiliate program with business priorities and capitalize on trade opportunities.
* Conduct regular testing of partner types, promotional mechanics, and content to improve performance against KPIs.
Affiliate Reporting and Insights
* Provide regular performance reports to identify insights and inform optimizations.
* Deliver monthly updates on channel performance, progress, and next steps.
* Analyze industry trends and competitor insights to stay competitive and adopt best practices.
Candidate Profile
* Experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within e-commerce.
* Familiarity with platforms like AWIN is advantageous.
* Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing performance and recommend actions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
