About the Role
Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Primary Teacher to join a warm, supportive, and well-resourced primary school in the High Wycombe area. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated educator who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
The successful candidate will create an engaging and nurturing learning environment, fostering curiosity and supporting pupils’ academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the primary national curriculum
* Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND
* Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment
* Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies that promote a safe and respectful learning environment
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and whole-school initiatives

Requirements
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Experience teaching within an EYFS, KS1, or KS2 setting
* Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* A nurturing, child-centred approach
* A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply through Teaching Personnel)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
