Role Description
Join Mole Valley Farmers as our Agri Product Manager and help shape the future of British agriculture —without being on the road.
This hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead product strategy and category planning across our nutritional retail products, combining your technical knowledge and commercial insight to make a strategic impact. You'll work closely with suppliers, marketing, and internal teams to deliver compelling campaigns, negotiate commercial terms, and drive margin performance. If you have a strong agricultural background—ideally with nutrition or technical product knowledge—and experience managing P&L, this is your chance to influence product development in a values-led organisation committed to supporting UK farming.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Strong farming or agricultural background – ideally with nutrition or technical product knowledge
* Proven track record in managing margins and P&L, with the ability to respond to market forces
* Skilled in interpreting and analysing complex data sets
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
* Strong IT proficiency
* High-level negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills
* Strategic thinker with operational awareness
* Confident decision-maker with the ability to challenge constructively
* Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills
* Able to build and maintain effective working relationships
