Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Malta Inn’s performance. You’ll lead a passionate team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and take full ownership of the site’s operations during this pivotal period.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Recruiting, onboarding, and inducting new team members to build a strong, motivated team.
* Inspiring and developing your managers and team to ensure high engagement and retention.
* Analysing sales figures and forecasting to maximise revenue opportunities.
* Managing all controllable costs and overseeing the site’s P&L.
* Supporting the Regional Operations Manager in achieving long‑term business goals.
* Conducting regular one‑to‑ones to drive individual performance.
* Thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with a sharp eye for detail.
* Championing our brand values and ensuring your team delivers them with pride.
* Maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
* Using guest feedback to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
