Head of Commercial Operations required for an leading precision engineering company, serving industries such as Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage and Chemical Processing with critical components from multiple global locations including 4 UK sites. This opportunity is based in Huddersfield, meaning the successful Head of Commercial Operations will be able to commute from surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities of the Head of Commercial Operations will include; Achieve business targets across all product ranges Maximise quotation potential via the Internal Sales Department Provide detailed and accurate forecasting and budgets (weekly, monthly and quarterly) Develop actions plans to penetrate new markets Manage the product mix, project pricing and margins Develop relationships with existing and new customers Assist in project tender proposals and presentations with the External Sales DepartmentFor the role of Head of Commercial Operations we are keen to receive applications from individuals who have; Experience as Head of Commercial Operations, Head of Sales or similar within an Engineering or Manufacturing environment Experience managing sales teams and delivering targets HNC or Degree qualified (preferred) Knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry Strong analytical skillsSalary & Benefits; Extremely competitive salary (depending on experience) 20-30% Annual bonus 26 Days annual leave + Bank holidays Up to 8% employer contribut...
