We’re now seeking a proactive, detail-driven Operations & Outreach Coordinator, ideally with experience in EAP sales, outreach, or client-facing environments, to help us expand our partnerships and support the growth of our employee assistance services.
Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and building relationships.
You’ll coordinate operational tasks, manage outreach and scheduling, and support engagement with partners, clients, and collaborators across Reinhart’s EAP and innovation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactive Outreach: Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and follow-ups to generate leads and build relationships.
* Communication & Scheduling: Handle correspondence with partners and stakeholders.
* Community & Partnerships: Facilitate outreach efforts and nurture relationships that expand Reinhart’s network.
* Grant and Funding Support: Assist with researching, drafting, and tracking funding or partnership applications.
* Research & Reporting: Gather data, synthesize insights, and support preparation of presentations or reports.
* Training Coordination: Help design or coordinate internal and external training or workshop sessions.
* Document Management: Proofread, reformat, and prepare documents for internal and external distribution.
* LinkedIn Management: Oversee company activity, post content provided by the design team, and engage with followers.
* General Admin: Support daily operations and ensure smooth communication between teams.
Qualifications:
* Sales or Client-Facing Experience: Ideally within EAP, wellbeing, or B2B service environments.
* Excellent Communication & Customer Service: Able to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Community Outreach Experience: Skilled at building and fostering strong partnerships.
* Research & Analytical Skills: Comfortable gathering data and delivering actionable insights.
* Training Design or Facilitation Experience is a plus.
* Organized & Reliable: Exceptional time-management and attention to detail.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Airtable, Notion, LinkedIn, CRM systems).
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
