We are working with a respected financial-planning firm (details provided upon interview) to recruit an experienced Adviser Client Support professional.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality administrative support to the adviser team
* Prepare and process all client documentation accurately and in a timely manner
* Manage client information and files with precision
* Liaise with providers and ensure cases progress smoothly
* Assist advisers in delivering an outstanding client service experience
Requirements
* Prior experience in an Adviser Support / Client Support / IFA Administration role within a financial-planning firm
* Strong understanding of financial-planning processes, compliance, and high-quality client service
* Experience with Curo
* Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills
* Proactive mindset and ability to support advisers efficiently and professionally
