Title: Senior Planner – Major Construction Project Location : West LondonA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Planner to join a leading UK main contractor on a prestigious £200m construction project in West London. As Senior Planner, you will be a key member of the project leadership team, taking ownership of the planning function and ensuring the project programme is robust, realistic, and effectively managed throughout the construction lifecycle.
Develop, maintain, and manage fully integrated project programmes from pre-construction through to completionLead short-, medium-, and long-term planning activities to support efficient project deliveryMonitor progress against programme, identifying risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategiesProvide programme updates, progress reports, and forecasts to the project team and senior stakeholdersSupport change management, including delay analysis and programme impact assessmentsWork closely with commercial and delivery teams to ensure alignment with project objectivesEnsure planning activities are compliant with NEC contract requirements
