Mechanical Engineer - Workshop Team Leader, Warrington, £50,000 - £52,000 + 10% Bonus
Are you a Mechanical Engineer with experience leading a team in a workshop environment?
Do you have strong knowledge of gearboxes, motors, engines, pumps and other drive chain components?
This is a brilliant opportunity for a mechanical engineer to take on a lead role at a highly respected heavy engineering company.
Role and Responsibilities
* Lead from the front in the stripping, inspecting and recovery of drive chain components such as gearboxes, motors, engines, transmissions and pumps.
* As the lead engineer/working supervisor, you will also manage projects and lead a small team of service engineers. You\'ll also visit client sites and be the main technical point of contact.
* The hours are Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4.45pm, with an early finish on a Friday. No weekend work will be required.
