For this opportunity, we are offering between £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience. Working Monday to Friday onsite 14:00 - 23:00 This role is a full-time, onsite role, based at our Innovation Centre in Aylesbury. You’ll be leading a team of 3 Quality Assurance Operatives, working hands-on in a dynamic environment where collaboration, expertise, and a shared passion for excellence drive real impact. In more detail your role will include: Leading and managing a team of Quality Assurance Operatives, providing coaching, development, and day-to-day support. Ensuring compliance by reviewing QMS/GMP documentation against written instructions. Reviewing, investigating, and approving deviations and complaints for closure, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively. Reviewing, tracking, and approving CAPAs to ensure corrective and preventive actions are followed through to completion. Maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring documentation (SOPs/WIs) is reviewed and implemented effectively and support other areas of the business on QMS/GMP requirements where required Maintaining high standards by monitoring hygiene, quality, and product safety on a daily basis. Identifying and reporting issues, supporting investigations into deviations and complaints. Driving operational improvements through ad hoc projects that enhance production and logistics processes. Monitor daily KPIs and identify root causes when KPIs fall below target Lead Root Cause Analysis in Quality areas & identify opportunities for improvement Requirements Have several years appropriate experience in a similar supervisory role. Excellent understanding of GMP in an operational environment. Have experience working with QMS and eQMS systems, deviations and CAPAs. Strong people skills with experience in managing and developing a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Can work independently with minimal supervision Thrive in a fast-paced operational environment and can meet deadlines. Think methodically and make clear, informed decisions.
