Administrative Assistant
Oaklands Hospital – Salford
Full Time - 3 hours per week
Oaklands Hospital is a purpose built, modern hospital providing a wide range of surgical and medical treatments to private patients and eligible NHS patients. Our consultants and nursing staff are highly experienced and have your care and comfort as their highest priority. All patients have the reassurance that a doctor is resident on site and available 24 hours a day.
The role:
We currently have a great new opportunity for a Physiotherapy Administrative Assistant to join our team at Oaklands Hospital based in Salford. You will be expected to deliver a first-class service to our patients and support your colleagues in other areas during busy periods. Excellent communication, computer skills and attention to detail are therefore essential for this post. You will ideally have experience in administration skills and have a proven ability to organise, adapt and prioritise tasks. Experience within healthcare administration will be an advantage.
What you’ll bring with you:
1. Excellent organisational skills
2. An excellent standard of computer literacy to include experience in Word & Excel
3. Healthcare administration experience (advantage)
4. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
5. Excellent communication skills - written and oral
6. The ability to work within a team
