What you'll be involved in:
* Delicate hand assembly of electronic devices using soldering, epoxy, and bonding techniques, specifically under a microscope.
* Following, maintaining, and upholding all Company Operating Procedures, Quality Instructions, and policies.
* Working to process specifications, manufacturing instructions, and standards as determined by the product design.
* Meeting requirements of line and audit inspections to maintain AS9100 and ISO9001 standards.
* Following written, pictorial, and verbal instructions from Engineers and team members.
* Highlighting re-work issues and recording failures as per company procedures.
* Keeping all areas clean, tidy, and free of ESD hazards; ensuring planned maintenance is performed.
* Collaborating with Engineering and Operations Support Engineering during redesigns and new product introductions.
* Working with Operations Test teams to ensure smooth product flow.
* Participating in Continuous Improvement activities and new initiatives.
* Reporting problems with materials or equipment to management.
* Assisting in training new operators.
* Generating new manufacturing aids as needed.
* Supporting lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S, Kaizen, and KANBAN.
* Performing other duties as directed by Operations management.

* Prior experience in electronic assembly is essential.
* High level of dexterity.
* Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
* Ability to read complex assembly drawings and instructions.
