✨ We’re Hiring: Junior Event Manager / Junior Events Project Manager
Location: Hybrid 1 day per week Kent/ Travel Required | Reporting to: Account Director, Logistics
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN AN AGENCY circa 1-2 YEARS

What You’ll Do
You’ll be at the heart of the logistics team, supporting large-scale events and managing projects with precision and creativity.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing smaller projects with budgets around the £30k/£50k mark as well as working with more senior members of the team on larger projects.
* Managing delegate communications, registration, and event inboxes
* Reporting on registration stats (training provided)
* Venue sourcing and supplier liaison — from DMCs to catering teams
* Coordinating travel, visas, accommodation, and onsite logistics
* Preparing key documents like rooming lists, manifests, and event orders
* Supporting virtual and hybrid events before, during, and after live delivery
* Providing hands-on onsite support at events, including international congresses
What We’re Looking For
You’re highly organised, detail-obsessed, and thrive on delivering exceptional experiences. You’ll also bring:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally delegate registration systems
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* The ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
* A collaborative spirit with the confidence to work independently
* Flexibility to travel internationally and work occasional evenings/weekends
* An understanding of budgets and event finance
