Job Opportunity: Dragon Academy Football Coach
We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable coaches to join the Dragon Academy team
Locations & Times
* Bridgend Academy – Tuesday evenings (2 hours)
* RCT Academy – Monday evenings (2 hours)
* You can commit to one location/group or take on Both sessions.
Pay: £15 per hour
Role Responsibilities:
* Deliver fun, structured football sessions to young players (ages 2–13 depending on group).
* Create a positive, supportive environment that helps every player develop.
* Work alongside Dragon Academy's development pathway and progression system.
* Communicate effectively with players and parents.
* Be punctual, professional, and reliable.
Requirements:
* Previous coaching experience.
* Enthusiasm, energy, and passion for working with young players.
* FAW/UEFA coaching qualifications are mandatory.
* Must hold (or be willing to obtain) an up-to-date DBS check and safeguarding certificate.
