The hotel offers a 1 rosette restaurant serving a quality fresh food modern British menu as well as serving Afternoon Tea. This is an excellent property and as senior sous chef you will be assisting to lead a brigade of Chefs whilst remaining hands on when service requires. It is important that the current standards of food served are maintained and pushed to the next level to ensure the popularity of the venue is continued.
Requirements:
This role would suit a Senior Sous Chef looking for a new challenge in their career. It is essential that all applicants has a proven track record of working in a high volume fresh food operation, to a minimum of 1 Rosette standard. Excellent knowledge of current kitchen regulations is also essential for this role.
