We are seeking full-time senior civil and structural engineers to join our growing team in Epsom, supporting a range of nuclear projects including Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, SMRs, and fusion reactor technologies. You will cultivate strong relationships, reinforce technical skills, and apply management expertise to deliver outstanding results.
Beneficial experience (not all required):
* Relevant experience in civil-structural design and analysis (steelwork, reinforced concrete), research, development, project engineering, or design consultancy.
* Coordination across multidisciplinary projects.
* Leading, undertaking, and reviewing design of new building structures with project ownership.
* Experience in highly regulated environments such as nuclear, power, or rail.
* Ability to work collaboratively across offices and client sites, understanding client needs and delivering on time, within budget, and to quality.
* Experience in writing bids and tenders.
* Management, leadership, and mentoring skills.
