Guest Experience Assistant

The Role

To assist in the smooth operation and control of the Front Office area. To ensure the efficient running, to maximize the profitability of the hotel’s room sales, and maintain the required standard of service to guests. Assist departmental managers as and when required.

Key responsibilities

As a Guest Experience Assistant, you will perform a wide range of tasks including guest satisfaction, team performance, and cost control:

* Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints;
* Ensure smooth arrival and departure processes;
* Monitor guest satisfaction and take corrective actions when needed;
* Proactively maximize room and F&B upselling;
* Manage and train team members to meet performance standards;
* Review schedules and implement changes where necessary;
* Manage stock control and equipment maintenance efficiently;
* Adhere to hotel values at all times.

Requirements

* UK citizen or valid work permit;
* Proficient numeracy and literacy skills;
* At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
