Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key responsibilities
* Develop and maintain corporate governance frameworks
* Support board and committee governance (agendas, papers, minutes)
* Ensure compliance with:
o regulatory requirements
o internal policies
* Provide advice on:
o governance
o risk
o compliance issues
* Lead policy development and review
* Support internal audit and risk management processes
* Improve governance systems and organisational processes
* Work closely with senior stakeholders (Directors, Board members)
