We are seeking a Policy and Benefits Manager to join our clients' People, Recruitment & Reward team. As a part of this team, you will be responsible for strengthening our employee value proposition by leading the ongoing review and development of our people-related policies and benefits package. You will also have the opportunity to take responsibility for stakeholder engagement, including consultation with trade union partners, on key policies, processes, and initiatives.
The successful candidate will have significant expert knowledge of employment law and specialist knowledge and understanding of the principles, practices, standards, and guidance of aspects of employment policies and an employer brand. They will also have experience in project or people supervision, line management, or staff training and mentoring. A degree or equivalent relevant experience is essential, and a CIPD qualification (Chartered/Level 7) is desirable.
