This role involves engaging with new, lapsed, and existing clients worldwide, delivering exceptional service, and representing the company at international exhibitions.
The International Sales Manager will:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients across global markets.
* Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term profitability.
* Attend international exhibitions (approximately five per year) to promote products and services.
* Revive lapsed accounts and expand the company’s customer base.
* Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and negotiate terms within agreed boundaries.
* Provide detailed reports on client visits, market trends, and contribute to monthly sales meetings.
The International Sales Manager will have:
* Proven experience in international sales or business development.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with a professional approach.
* Ability to travel internationally for exhibitions and client meetings.
* Competence in preparing accurate quotations and managing client expectations.
* Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude toward achieving growth targets.
* Ability to work collaboratively with technical and sales teams to deliver client solutions.
