Description
Riddrie House is looking to recruit a Housekeeper to join the team. This is a full time, 37.5 hour role.
Riddrie House is located on the outskirts of the east end of Glasgow. Our home offers residential and nursing support for 32 males and females with mental health needs, including people with conditions such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder.
Our team are dedicated to supporting the people we care for in their rehabilitation and recovery. We want to provide them with the opportunity to gain the skills and confidence they need to move on to more independent living in the community, so they can live a happy, fulfilled life.
What you'll be doing
You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service and to support the wellbeing of our residents. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
* Keeping our home tidy, fresh, and welcoming, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for residents and colleagues
* Working as part of a friendly team to maintain Priory’s high standards throughout the home
* Spotting and reporting any maintenance or safety issues so that our home continues to meet the highest quality standards
