Role Purpose:
Joining the dedicated Kitchen department, you'll:
1. Ensure the kitchen, refuse areas, relevant stores, corridors, and equipment are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
2. Use cleaning agents and equipment within the boundaries of COSHH Legislation.
3. Follow all food safety and health and safety guidelines.
4. Assist in the preparation of food.
Key Skills / Entry Requirements:
As a Casual Kitchen Porter, you'll possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain consistent standards. This vital role supports the hotel’s operations and enhances the service provided to our guests before, during, and after their stay. You should enjoy working within a team, offering help and assistance, and excel at multi-tasking. Your ability to efficiently solve guest inquiries with a smile and infectious personality is essential.
