Business Development, Sales & Marketing Manager V Managent | Automotive
We are looking for a commercially driven, relationship-led individual to join V Management, a premium automotive business operating across storage, management, concierge, events, engineering and sales.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the growth of a dynamic, fast-moving brand at the intersection of automotive, lifestyle, and experiential marketing.
The Role
You will be responsible for driving new business, creating and exploring new routes to sales across all activities, partnerships, sponsorship, and brand growthacross the V Group ecosystem.
This includes:
* Generating new clients across automotive and lifestyle sectors
* Helping to shape growth strategy in the UK and internationally
* Supporting marketing activity and brand positioning
* Securing and managing sponsorshipsfor events and driving experiences
* Building strategic partnerships (insurance, finance, luxury brands, dealers)
* Leveraging events as a platform for growth and relationship building
About You
* Proven experience in business development, sales, partnerships or sponsorship
* Background within the automotive industry(luxury, performance, classic or motorsport)
* Understand of the mindset of international UHNW clients
* Strong commercial mindset with a track record of generating revenue
* Confident building relationships at the highest level and operating in premium environments
* Passionate about cars and luxury automotive lifestyle
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and highly professional
