Job Title: VMT (Vehicle Maintenance Technician) Area: Plymouth Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (Days) Back Shift Mon to Fri 11am till 10pm Permanent Salary: £43,108 PA Basic, £19.51 PH Overtime Extra at X1.5 Holidays: 25 days plus Bank Holidays, increasing per year worked Responsibilities * As a VMT you will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance and repair work on the company's fleet of vehicles and trailers, ensuring that all vehicles are in safe working order. * Your role requires you to execute repairs to the highest standards while conducting in-depth engineering work and diagnostics. * You should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a close-knit team. * It’s crucial that all repairs are performed in accordance with current Health and Safety legislation and company policies. * Additionally, you will need to safely operate all relevant equipment, machines, and tools, and complete all associated documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
