Heat Pump Engineer Location: Leeds/York Sector: Social Housing / Housing Association Position: Heat Pump Engineer Example Recruitment Group is currently working with a well-established national heating contractor specialising in the local authority sector. They are currently seeking a qualified Heat Pump Engineer to cover the Leeds & York area. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance within domestic social housing properties. Heat Pump Engineer Key Responsibilities: Carry out servicing and maintenance work on Air Source Heat Pump systems Fault finding and repairs on Air Source Heat Pump systems Deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring tenants receive excellent care Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records Heat Pump Engineer Requirements: A minimum of 2 years experience working on Heat Pump systems Experience in servicing and maintaining Heat Pumps, as well as strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and repair skills In-date ACS qualifications, including CKR1 & HTR1 (beneficial) F-Gas qualifications (essential) Full UK driving licence No unspent criminal convictions (DBS check to be carried out upon offer of employment) Heat Pump Engineer Salary & Benefits: 42.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Attractive out-of-hours and overtime rates Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided Salary: £38,000 to £42,000 per year, depending on experience 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays Pension scheme To apply for this Heat Pump Engineer role, please submit an up-to-date CV, and one of our team members will be in touch.
