The Role
Working closely with the laboratory leadership team, the Technical Lead will play a key role in supporting the day-to‑day running of the lab while maintaining high technical standards.
Responsibilities will include:
* Allocating incoming cases across the laboratory team
* Reviewing and signing off completed work to ensure quality standards are met
* Providing technical guidance, mentoring and support to technicians
* Supporting workflow management and operational efficiency within the lab
* Remaining actively involved in bench work and production
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
* GDC registration as a Dental Technician
* Strong CAD/CAM experience
* Experience across Prosthetics and Crown & Bridge
* Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail
* A collaborative approach with the ability to support and guide colleagues
This role is ideal for a technician who is ready to step into a leadership pathway while maintaining a strong hands‑on technical role.
