Culture is mission‑driven and collaborative The Role Take ownership of new business development for clinical trial logistics services in your region Identify, approach and convert new clients. Sell a portfolio of services spanning patient‑centric solutions, biological sample logistics, storage and distribution, and temperature‑controlled transport and packaging. Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and capability presentations through solution shaping, proposal, negotiation and close. Build long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders in clinical operations, supply chain and procurement. Work closely with internal operations and project teams to ensure proposed solutions are deliverable and smoothly transitioned into live projects. About You Significant business development experience in clinical trial logistics, pharma logistics or closely related clinical trial services. Track record of winning new service‑based business Comfortable selling complex, multi‑country solutions involving temperature‑controlled and time‑critical shipments.
