About the Role
We are seeking a candidate to assist recruitment consultants with HR and recruitment administration, and candidate resourcing, including:
1. Posting adverts to job boards
2. Arranging interviews
3. Screening candidates over the phone
4. Creating long and shortlists of candidates
5. Managing payroll and responding to queries
6. Proofreading and formatting CVs
7. Uploading candidates to the CRM
8. Drafting employment contracts from templates
9. Completing right-to-work checks
10. Conducting reference requests
In addition to these duties, you can participate in initiatives such as:
1. Assisting with event planning, including client events and virtual events
2. Creating blog and social media content on social mobility in law
3. Participating in volunteering and pro bono activities, e.g., legal advice clinics, Dress for Success, Inspire!
4. Supporting sustainable business practices to minimize environmental impact
About You
You should be a people person with strong communication and customer service skills. A passion for HR and an interest in the legal sector are essential. Sharing our values and ethos is important.
Having a law degree, internships, or experience in HR or recruitment is advantageous. The role may suit a paralegal seeking to transition into HR.
