We are looking for an experienced office-based Telesales Executive with a solid track record for prospecting, qualifying and generating new software sales leads to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter, able to identify and develop new business prospects in the UK and Ireland from multiple sources including responding to inbound leads/enquiries from marketing and event activities. A dynamic personality with a determination to reach decision makers is essential.
Responsibilities
* Research organisations to establish potential prospects
* Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine project, budget and timeline
* Marketing and event assistance including occasional international travel
* Maintain and update database to ensure the accurate collation of data
Your Profile
* A proven track record of building and retaining customer relationships
* IT background or an affinity for IT business applications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with CRM software desirable, but not essential as full training is provided
