As Restaurant Floor Manager at Broadwick Soho team, you will drive the idea of being a glorious hotel that embraces the spirit of Soho, alongside making our guests feel as comfortable as we do through our beliefs of being independent, embracing, generous and exquisite.
As Restaurant Floor Manager, you will support the seamless running of the high-paced of an Italian Aperitivo Bar, & Café (50 covers) and a chic modern Italian restaurant (40 covers), as well as the adjacent resident lounge (20 covers) by assisting the team to provide a highly efficient, smooth and personalised service in line with the standards and with the flawless guest experience in mind.
You will support and motivate the team to create memorable and exciting experiences.
We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and talent.
You will work with brilliant talent across the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.
What do we need from you?
* Experience in a luxury/lifestyle restaurant or bar or 5* luxury hotel operation
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure
* Great attention to detail and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
* Your charisma, individuality and positive energy
* Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking with guests, colleagues and the senior leadership team
* Able to work 40 hours per week including late evenings and weekends
