About the role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide individual and small group support within the classroom, adapting activities to meet pupils' individual learning and care needs. You will assist with communication strategies, emotional regulation, and daily routines, while helping to create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
