Description
In this role, you will collaborate with local HR teams to lead the monthly payroll cycle across the UK&I businesses and support the Total Reward & HR Services Manager in implementing the reward strategy.
Situated within the HR Shared Service team, this position is vital for enterprise support. Responsibilities include payroll processing, compliance, monthly disbursements, statutory reporting, benefits management, job evaluations, salary benchmarking, data quality, analytics, and report generation.
Rewards
* Deliver data for annual benchmarking projects (Mercer), manage benefits platform cycles (My Rewards), oversee insurance renewals, and act as analytics expert for HR projects.
* Serve as the primary contact for reporting and analytics requests, maintaining high data accuracy and presentation standards.
* Identify and resolve data integrity issues, working with teams to improve processes and training.
* Perform job evaluations and participate in reward surveys to analyze compensation trends.
* Manage company car programs, including policy administration, vendor coordination, and compliance, and handle P11d submissions.
* Oversee the Amazing Achievement Awards process.
* Support benefits administration and vendor coordination for platform renewals.
* Manage visa support processes, ensuring immigration compliance and maintaining relationships with legal advisors.
* Participate in HR projects impacting payroll and rewards, such as system upgrades and policy changes.
Payroll
* Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Maintain relationships with outsourced payroll providers.
* Handle payroll-related queries and escalate issues as needed.
* Oversee payroll cycles, changes, and sign-offs.
* Process benefits-related payroll data and assist with invoice queries.
* Ensure timely processing of HMRC documents.
* Generate payroll reports for stakeholders and finance.
* Coordinate with tax partners and mobility teams on international payroll matters.
* Lead payroll-related projects.
This role offers hybrid working, requiring presence at the Maidenhead office three times per week.
Profile
To qualify, you should have:
* Proven experience in Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll, preferably within a blue-chip company.
* Experience working across complex structures and BUs.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Experience driving improvements within HR Services.
* Inspirational leadership style.
* A vision for change.
* CIPD or equivalent qualification; degree-level education or similar.
