Location: Field Based (East Anglia, Hertfordshire, North London)
Join a leading, innovative swim brand as a Regional Account Manager! You’ll drive sales growth across leisure facilities and independent retailers, managing a dynamic territory while building strong client relationships. This exciting role combines new business development with account management, offering a great opportunity to shape a high-performing sales region. This is on a 12 month fixed term contract, with future opportunities potentially available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Boost sales and brand visibility across your territory
* Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
* Build and maintain multi-level client relationships
* Present new products, upsell, and secure purchase orders
* Deliver product training and merchandising support
* Identify and win new business opportunities
* Work with the retail marketing specialist to enhance brand engagement
Requirements:
* 2+ years’ sales experience and a passion for client management
* Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
* Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
